| NOVICE COURSES |
Novice courses are provided for candidates who
have no Fork Truck driving experience.
Depending on the number of candidates the courses
run for either 3, 4 or 5 days. |

EXISTING
OPERATOR COURSES |
Existing operator courses are provided for candidates
with Fork Truck driving experience but are not certified.
Depending on the number of candidates the courses
run for either 2 or 2.5 days. |

FAMILIARISATION
COURSES |
Familiarisation courses are provided for candidates who
are required to drive other types of machines. i.e Reach
Trucks, Narrow Aisle, Order Picker.
The courses are normally of 1 day duration
depending on the complexity of the machine. |

| REFRESHER COURSES |
One day refresher courses are provided for existing
certified operators and should be given every
3-5 years after the candidate has initially
passed the basic test. |
